Algo-Rhythm Dynamics provides an AI-driven social and professional utility. We do not sell your data to third-party brokers. Data is processed strictly to power our core AI Strategists and calculate your Trust Index (TI) across both The Studio and The Office.

1. Core Functional Data Collection

To provide AI-driven coaching and systemic trust, the following data is required for app functionality:

  • Authored Identity Data: Professional track records, narrative profile answers, and "Vibe" data used by Echo to generate your profile synthesis.
  • Interaction Metrics: Response latency, engagement frequency, and reliability markers used solely to calculate your Trust Index (TI).
  • User Content: Text drafts and strategy responses processed for real-time coaching by Muse, Remix, and Intuition.

2. Third-Party AI Processing

Our specialized agents utilize encrypted API protocols with third-party processing partners (OpenAI). This is a core functional requirement:

  • Training-Disabled Protocols: We utilize Enterprise-grade APIs with training-disabled protocols. Your professional or personal narrative data is never used to train public AI models.
  • Data Ephemerality: We do not store raw chat context on third-party servers beyond the active session required for real-time coaching.

3. The Trust Index (TI) & Accountability

The TI is a live reputation score shared across the ecosystem. By using the platform, you consent to the algorithmic analysis of your participation patterns.

  • Social & Pro Rewards: A high TI grants increased visibility on the Dancefloor and exclusive deal-flow access in The Office.
  • Systemic Penalties: Consistent ghosting, "Icking" by multiple users, or deceptive behavior results in TI degradation and potential "Time Out" protocols.

4. The Blur & Obfuscation Protocol

Photos and specific professional identifiers (Company names/Real names) are obfuscated by default. Visual and identifying data is only decrypted via mutual-interest actions ("Step Closer" or "Handshake").

5. User Rights & Data Sovereignty

  • Right to Delete: You can wipe your account instantly via Settings. This triggers a full purge of your data from our systems.
  • Right to Export: You may request a raw file of your TI history and interaction logs at any time.
